agree to having your electronic signature placed on this agreement, and to be bound to these terms. We reserve the right
to update or modify these terms at any time without notification. You agree to review
these terms in their entirety prior to any use of this website. By placing any
order with us, you agree that you have read these rules and that they apply in full
force to the terms of your use of this website. You further agree that in the event that there are any portions
of this agreement which are not legally valid or enforceable, that all other portions
of this agreement will remain in full force.

pages of this website (otherwise known as a robot or "spider" or "crawler" in order
to harvest inventory information, such as book data, product descriptions, book
images, or any other information or statistical information for any reason without prior written
consent from us. We reserve the right to limit access to this website from any IP
address which we deem to be using this website for inappropriate reasons.

Use of the Dualj.com brand, name, and logo

You agree that you will not use the Dualj.com brand name, logo, logo image, or other
brand-related terms in any custom search engine campaign, or on any website where
inappropriate content is found, which includes but is not limited to: racial, hateful,
vulgar, defamatory, profanity, pornography, or websites which target the exploitation
of minors, or websites which promote scams, spam or any unsolicited email campaigns,
or any website which ranks or promotes unauthorized ratings or competitive feedback
where the Dualj.com brand name is used. Your use of the Dualj.com brand is to be
in accordance with these standards: 1) The word "Dualj" must be properly capitalized.
Lower-case or incorrect capitalization such as "dualj" or "DualJ" is not acceptable.
2) If rankings where Dualj.com is found along-side advertisements for other book
stores, the Dualj.com brand must not be written or appear in a smaller form or less
prominent than the others. 3) Ratings and all comments must be pre-screened and
approved with proof of purchase and valid transaction numbers.

Privacy Policy

At Dualj.com, your privacy is very important to us. We do not rent, sell, lend,
or in any way give your personal information to anyone else. Your email address
remains with us for the purpose of updating you in regards to your order with us.
We will not add your email to any email list, nor give
your email to anyone else to be added to an email list. We do not purposefully solicit
information from minors.

Multi-quantity orders

At Dualj.com, we offer the option to place multiple-quantity orders on all our products.
However, the PayPal shopping
cart system does not allow us to set a limit as to the number of quantity of an
item that may be purchased. In the event that a customer places an order where we
are unable to supply the number of copies requested, we may at our discretion offer
a lesser quantity to the buyer if available, or issue a full refund. When a multi-quantity
order is accepted, we may ship some or all of the items in the order in separate
packages and from different locations, and it is possible that not all of the items
will arrive on the same day.

Electronic Checks

At Dualj.com, we offer a variety of payment methods during checkout, including but
not limited to: credit and debit cards, electronic checks, and paypal accounts.
The Electronic Check method may be helpful to individuals who wish to avoid the
use of a credit card or PayPal.com account to pay for their order. However, please
be aware of the disadvantages of this method of payment. 1) We are unable to process
or ship your order until the payment clears, which may take a number of business
days. This is an additional delay which you agree to when you place an order with
an electronic check. 2) We may be unable to change the shipping address on orders
placed by electronic check until the payment clears, at which time the product may
ship quickly before we can correct a mistake in the address. Therefore it is very
important to avoid mistakes with your shipping address on any order place by electronic
check. 3) We are unable to cancel or refund a payment made by electronic check,
due to the fact that the money is still in the clearing process and it is impossible
to reverse it until it has cleared. 4) We can not "hold" products even if you have
a order pending to clear by electronic check. Therefore it is possible that the
item may sell to someone else while your payment clears, and if this happens, you
will receive a refund after your payment clears.

At Dualj.com, we work closely with many warehouses across the U.S. and abroad. With
an estimated 80,000 outlets and over 2 million books available, we are able to supply
you with great prices and a wide selection to meet your needs. On the Dualj.com
website, we display "in stock" products from both our own office and also from our
affiliates, in one easy-to-use online store. We make your life simple: you order
from us, and we take care of the rest; your item will arrive either from us directly,
or from one of our affiliates, and your delivery time frames are guaranteed. What
happens if your item never arrives or arrives very late? You are guaranteed. Simply
inform us of these delays via a paypal dispute for items that do not
arrive after 15 business days of their expected arrival time frame. The following
time frames affect most orders on Dualj.com: In-house order processing is up to a maximum of 4 business days*. Our processing
time for overnight or "Next Day Air" orders is 1 business day maximum*. Additional
order processing may be required by our suppliers, which is usually 1 business day
or less, up to a maximum (in very rare cases) of 4 business days. These
processing times involve the time it takes for us and/or our suppliers
to package
and ship your book. We may "backorder" an item for up to a maximum of 3 business
days without notice, which will be considered part of our processing time, and which
shall not cause our maximum processing time to increase. By using Dualj.com, you
agree that you will not hold Dualj.com, its employees, owners, or associates liable
for any failure to ship your product within a specific time frame, or for any delays
or damages you receive as a result, except to request and receive a full refund
of the price of your order in accordance with our return policies.
* in some cases, due to unusually high sales volume or other reasons, we may be behind on shipping orders. In these cases, we may take longer than normal to ship your item.

Product Descriptions

At Dualj.com, we individually and uniquely describe all of our items which we sell
on our website. These descriptions
are limited in that they may not include all details of the condition, type or
variation of a product being sold, and in some cases these descriptions simply fail to perfectly
describe a product. In the event of a product being receive which does
not match its description, a buyer may request and receive a full refund (see our return policies for details and limitations), and we may update
or remove the item from our inventory. If a customer requires a specific edition
or variation of a book, or if he or she requires specific details about a order
to be met, then we recommend the customer use the "special instructions box" which
may be found during the checkout process, in order to inform us of any such requests. Anything written in the special instructions box becomes part
of the description of the order, and therefore we may cancel the order if we are
unable to meet all of the requests which are made. If a customer wishes for the
order to be filled even if we cannot meet all of their special instruction requests,
then the customer should indicate this in the special instruction box as well. If
the customer indicates that the order should be "filled no matter what", then we can
not guarantee that the order will meet all of their special instructions. By using
Dualj.com, you agree that you will not hold Dualj.com, its employees, owners, or
associates liable for any failure to fully describe a product, or to the accuracy
or clarity of any descriptions (or notifications to you) in regards to any item we sell, regardless of whether or not we knew or should
have known about the inaccuracy or incompleteness of our information, except to
request and receive a full refund of the price of your order in accordance with
our return policies.

Return and refund policies

At Dualj.com, we guarantee both our shipping speeds (see shipping terms for
details and limitations) and also the accuracy of our product descriptions. Any
item not meeting our minimal condition description (found in the "description" area
on every product page) may be returned unused within 7 days for a full refund. If your
item is lost
in the mail and/or does not arrive within 15 days after your estimated
arrival date, you may request a full refund via a paypal dispute, except in cases where you were previously
informed and agreed to additional
delays. Because
we also purchase items from our supplier in order to fill some orders, we are unable
to accept returns or issue
refunds except for items not as described, or for items which do not arrive.
If you have received the correct book and discover that you do not want it anymore, we recommend
that you sell it on one of several available online marketplaces (such as eBay.com). As a protection and reassurance to our customers, we work with
PayPal's buyer protection program to ensure that you are able to dispute any purchase
made with us. As our customer, you agree to use the PayPal buyer protection console
to make any necessary disputes, and that you will not perform a credit card charge-back
for any reason. You further agree that in the event that you return a book in a
way which is not in accordance with this return policy, that we or one of our suppliers may reject
the return or charge a restocking fee.
