We may collect your personal information through our registration page, contact pages, and other pages on our site. On each page, we only require you to enter the information that we need in order to be able to respond to your request, or offer to you the services you are requesting. For example, on most of our contact pages, we only require your email address, so that we can reply to you. To become a buyer, we only require minimal personal information, such as your email. To become a seller, we require full contact information, so that we can provide better security to our users. We may additionally collect your information through PayPal transactions, cookies, and other means.

Verification and Integration
Phone Verification: As part of our seller program, we collect and verify your phone number. Part of this process involves a one-time phone call, which you have the option to request, which we will use to verify your phone number. We do not add your phone number to any calling list, nor do we share it with any outside organization. This phone verification process is used primarily to stop users who might try to create large numbers of seller accounts.

PayPal Integration: As part of our seller program, we collect information about your PayPal account, such as your PayPal email address, and we may require you to change some settings in your PayPal account in order to connect your PayPal account to our system. This enables us to direct buyers to pay you directly through PayPal. Additionally, we will receive extensive transaction information from PayPal through the PayPal Instant Payment Notification. We use this information to update your seller records, and buyer purchase history pages, and enable all features related to buying and selling on Dualj.

As a buyer, your PayPal transaction information, along with your email, is given to your seller, so that they can fulfill your order and contact you if there are any questions. As a seller, your business information may be given to your buyer, in case they need to contact you regarding their order. For both parties, this information is shared for the purpose of the transaction only, and may not be used for any other purpose.

However, if you place an order through PayPal, your email address will be shared with your seller, so that your seller can contact you if necessary. Sellers are not allowed to add your email to any "list" to send you any emails that are not related to your purchase.
